Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Wake: Alarm & Brain Games (“Wake,” “the app,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) on iOS. By downloading or using Wake, you agree to these Terms.
The app
The app
Wake provides alarm, timer, and brain game features for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for using alarms and notifications in a way that is safe and appropriate for your situation. Wake is not a substitute for medical, emergency, or professional advice.
Wake Pro
Wake Pro subscriptions
Some features require a paid Wake Pro subscription. Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s in-app purchase system and are subject to Apple’s terms and payment policies.
- Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Pricing and billing periods are shown in the app and on the App Store at the time of purchase.
- Auto-renewal: Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, your subscription renews automatically and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Managing subscriptions: You can view, change, or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies. We do not process App Store payment refunds directly.
We may change subscription offerings, features included in Wake Pro, or pricing where permitted by Apple and applicable law. Changes to paid features will not apply retroactively to a billing period you have already paid for unless required by law.
Conduct
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Wake, including attempting to reverse engineer, interfere with, or abuse app services; use the app for unlawful purposes; or circumvent subscription or access controls.
Rights
Intellectual property
Wake, its branding, design, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or materials except as needed to use the app as intended.
Legal
Disclaimer
Wake is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that alarms, games, or subscriptions will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet every personal need.
Legal
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of or inability to use Wake, including missed alarms or reliance on app features.
Account
Termination
You may stop using Wake at any time by discontinuing use and, if applicable, canceling your subscription through Apple. We may suspend or discontinue access to the app where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, or address misuse.
Updates
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms in the app or on this page and update the “Last updated” date when changes are made. Continued use of Wake after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
